This is charming British-owned bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of the Loir valley 2km from the medieval village of Luche-Pringé, 30 minutes from Le Mans and 45 minutes from Tours, Angers and Saumur. The accommodation is just 10km from the A28 autoroute direct from Calais through to the South of France. This chambre/table d'hotes is an ideal place for a stopover or an extended stay to experience some of the magic and delights of the Loir and Loire valleys. The b&b is in a truly peaceful setting, surrounded by fields and forests, where deer, wildboar and other wildlife can be found. Here, you have the possibility of exploring the countryside by bike (can be provided) or by foot. Your hosts can provide you with various maps and routes in the area. Other attractions in the area include tennis, climbing, motor-sports, shooting, archery, theme parks, zoos, shopping and of course countless restaurants offering superb local dishes and wine. There are also two beaches nearby (man made lakes) one at Mansigne, about 5 mins drive away which offers a beautiful lake with supervised beach area, and the other is at La Fleche which is a little larger and offers a cafe, a beach, a children’s play area and countless watersports, including windsurfing, sailing, canoeing.
The garden which surrounds the farmhouse is totally private and enclosed and is about one acre large. It has a small vegetable plot in one corner and also has a large 6m x 4m above ground wooden swimming pool surrounded by wooden loungers and parasols.
In the guest rooms, large fluffy bathrobes and bathtowels are provided for your personal use during your stay and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, bath oils, deodorant and toothpaste are also provided in all bathrooms (proper bottles, not little sachets). On the ground floor, guests have use of a small breakfast bar and a small area with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a fully stocked honesty bar. All guests receive fresh flowers in the room, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge stocked with cold drinks.
Well-behaved pets are welcome although a fee of €12 per night will be payable direct to the accommodation. Your hosts have two friendly dogs and a cat of their own |

The suite has exclusive use of a large modern bathroom with bath, shower, sink and a separate toilet. This makes for a lovely self contained suite for a family or two couples to share. The 2 person price is based on just one of the rooms being occupied. Otherwise, the price for 3/4 people will be payable.
