These recently constructed gite/self-catering units has been finished to a high standard and are located in the grounds of a fine family-owned chateau not far from Peronne in the Somme Valley, approx 1.5 hours from Calais.
The gites can accommodate between 6 and 10 people and are therefore ideal for larger families or for special family gatherings.

Check in is between 16:00 and 19:00, though this accommodation is sometimes able to accept earlier arrivals, including luggage deposit, or later arrivals by prior arrangement.

Self Catering Accommodation Possibility 1
Le gite des ormieux
The spacious self-catering gite has three bedrooms - one with four single beds and en suite bathroom/WC, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom/WC, and one with a double and a single bed plus bathroom, shower and WC. It is also possible to combine thid accommodation with another large family bedroom which has a double king size bed and two single beds plus bathroom with bath tub & shower over and a separate WC. This toakes the capacity of the gite up to 11 people - ideal for two or three families travelling together
On the ground floor of the gite there is a large dining room and sitting area (60m2) with fireplace and home cinema entertainment. There is also a separate, well-equipped, modern kitchen.
From the gite, there is direct access to the indoor swimming pool with wave machine and spa bath (open also to the chateau's b&b guests). There is also an outdoor swimming pool for guests of both the gite and the chateau's bed & breakfast guests to enjoy. For special celebrations, the owners can arrange catering for a buffet or similar. Prices include provision of bed linen, heating and electricity.

Le gite du potager
This newly created self-catering accommodation is in the grounds of the château and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished, with, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and living area, plus a wood-burner for cooler months. Also on the ground floor is an Italian shower which is accessible to handicapped people. On the first floor there is a double room with en suite whirlpool bath and separate shower/WC. There are also two twin-bedded rooms with en suite facilities. The tariff indicated includes all bed linen and towels, heating costs and final cleaning
