Le Manoir is a charming 19th century house offering bed & breakfast accommodation between Montreuil and Hesdin in the Seven Valleys area of north-eastern France, half an hour from the sandy beaches and coastline around le Touquet and only 1 hour from Calais, the Channel Tunnel and the ferries. The area is one of the most picturesque with its rolling hills, rivers (with water mills) and pretty villages.

There are several excellent golf courses locally along with some beautiful gardens which are open to the public. Cycling is available on one of over 58 dedicated cycle routes which meander through the region. In Le Touquet you can hire horses and go horse-riding along the beach and dunes and through the forests. There is also a swimming pool and water slides in le Touquet which will keep the children entertained!

If you wish to have tea and coffee, you may want to enjoy the beautiful terrace which overlooks the extensive grounds, or relax inside the salon or the sitting room (this is the only room in which smoking is permitted) by the open log fire. Breakfast will be served by your Anglo/German hosts at a time of your convenience and will generally consist of a substantial continental breakfast including your hosts' own free-range eggs. The surrounding area has an abundance of Restaurants ranging from a Michelin(1 star) to some charming country auberge and local farms with restaurants. There is now also a very good little restaurant in the village itself.

The house has 3 en-suite rooms, two doubles & one twin. All with crisp white linen, sumptuous bathrobes, towels and toiletries. All the rooms are provided with Tea/Coffee making facilities.
