Family-owned bed and breakfast chateau accommodation located midway between Doullens and Arras, in a small village just off the N25, 30 minutes from Vimy. This is a fine 19th century chateau situated in its own parkland, which is also a warm, totally unpretentious family home. Madame and her husband have a young family (you may meet her children who are a delight!) and have recently taken over the running of the chateau from Monsieur's parents. The guest rooms have only recently been renovated with new bathrooms, stripped floorboards and fresh paint.

You must try some of the apple juice which they sell and which has been produced from apples from their own orchards - you won't taste better! Guests also have use of full kitchen facilities at the chateau.

No smoking in the guest rooms

The nearest restaurant is 1.5km away.

Just to let you know our booking at the chateau bed and breakfast address near Arras was a huge success. The accommodation was just what we wanted; beautiful, comfortable rooms, lovely surroundings, and our host and hostess were very friendly and helpful, when necessary. All very french and enjoyable. - The Partridge family - UK

A wonderful, wonderful family and chateau. We loved the place. The room was lovely and clean and our treatment by Sylvie and Emmanuel could not have been bettered. Their young family is lovely and the surrounding grounds and area excellent. I thoroughly recommended to anyone wishing to visit the area and especially the 1WW Battlefields. Best places to eat, when it's open, was Doullens along with Arras. Not an awful lot of choice in the little farming villages but nevertheless if you looked there were places tucked away. In all, the place was just as one would have expected from a beautiful chateau and family. - The Duddings, June 2005

What a beautiful old house near Arras, albeit Emmanuel and Sylvie have a real challenge to improve and conserve the property. The room was excellent. The bathroom could benefit from having a proper show fitting. The breakfast was as expected. Our welcome etc was excellent. The apple juice they sell is fabulous.....wish I had bought more than 6 bottles! The lack of a local dinner facility is a downside but we wanted to see Arras anyway so we coped. Overall good value for money and I would go back if in that area again. - The Slacks, 2008

We stayed one night at the chateau bed and breakfast accommodation near Arras as a stopover and found it ideal. The room was clean and well maintained. The furniture was antique and completely fitted in with the chateau image. The hostess was charming. The lack of an evening meal was not a problem since we visited Doullens. The breakfast was typically French and more than adequate. We will definitely use the chateau again when in the area. - the Pugsleys, 2009
