Fancy something a little bit different? Why not choose to spend your self-catering break in France in a gypsy caravan near Rouen in Normandy! Located 40km east of Rouen, 50km from Dieppe and 110km from Paris, there are plenty of possibilities for horseriding, cycling (bikes can be hired from the accommodation) and walking. There is lots to see & do in the area including an outdoor adventure centre that older children will love (see www.arbrenciel-aventure.com) and for the younger children the Parc du Bocasse is a must.
These aren't any old caravans but romantic and well-equipped gypsy caravans in the midst of 4 hectares of orchard in the Normandy countryside.
There are restaurants in the area at which you can have your evening meal, but the caravan owners are also able to provide you with dinner by prior arrangement.
Please note that dogs are not accepted in the caravans.

Each caravan has a modern jet shower and separate WC and even a kitchen fitted with a ceramic hob, a fridge, an oven, a kettle and a coffee pot and dishes and a private garden lounge. Guests have use of a 'boules/petanque' area, a barbeque and also a playground for the children.
