This beautifully renovated accommodation provides bed and breakfast in an independent ground level open-plan studio adjacent to the owner's house, just 10 kms from Alençon, 50kms from Le Mans and 120kms from the Normandy landing beaches. It is in a beautifully tranquil situation, at the end of a small road, in the country and near the forest. The nearest restaurant is 10 kms away, but there is a restaurant in the village which is open for lunch, just 1km from the house.
The owner has a dog which welcomes good-natured and well-disciplined company. There is an 18 hole golf course at Alencon and the National Stud 'Le Haras du pins' is also nearby.
Note that the max capacity of the studio is 4 people plus a baby. Note that 5 people CANNOT be accommodated

M and Mme Leplumey were wonderful, generous hosts, and I, my wife and two small children spent a delightful evening/morning at their nicely renovated and comfortable gite accommodation in the peaceful Normandy countryside near Alencon. Just sorry we weren't staying longer - not just to eat more of Mme Leplumey's home-made confitures! - the Balados
