The Avenue Verte, a 45 kilometre walk and cycle way, which runs from Dieppe to Forges Les Eaux, is 100 metres from the house.

The accommodation has original tiled floors and high ceilings. The entrance hall is flanked on one side by the pretty petite salle and on the other by the elegant dining room. An original elm staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a free WiFi internet connection. The house is a no smoking zone and regrets it does not allow pets.
