This British-owned rural bed and breakfast accommodation in Normandy is ideally located 1 hour from Caen, 1 hour from St Malo, 1 hour 20 mins from Cherbourg and just 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. The b&b is located 2kms from the village of Hambye and 5kms from Percy where local shops and bars can be found. The town of Villedieu-les-Poeles is just a 10 minute drive away, where you will also find many shops, bars and restaurants.
The area around the accommodation is ideal for road biking - there is plenty of safe storage space available free of charge. In the area, you will find the local crazy golf course plus, within a 30 minute drive, the Links Golf Course for the more experienced golfer. For the children, the local Zoo and gardens at Champreus near Villedieu is a short journey away (15-20 mins).
The building restoration has retained many original features such as the original oak beams and the fireplace in the bed and breakfast's kitchen and lounge. These were painstakingly restored to become central features of their respective rooms. There is plenty of safe, private parking on site. Guests have use of a private lounge and kitchen diner where their own food can be prepared. The house is a no smoking area. Accompanying pets are welcome. Free WiFi internet access is available at this accompanying.

This is a large family suite with space for up to two adults, three children and a baby in a cot. It consists of three rooms. The main room contains contains a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. It also features a restored oak beam which runs the length of the bedroom.
The childrens room contains a set of bunkbeds. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin. The room has views over the acre cider orchard.

This is the largest family room (approx 6m by 6m). It has a large open plan area with a slight divider wall to separate childrens bunk beds from the main area. It also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and views over our cider apple orchard. This room has a seating area with sofa. The room can cater for two adults, three children and a baby in cot.
