The gite is 140 metres sq with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, a separate sitting room with UK satellite TV and a large shady terrace with built-in BBQ ideal for those long balmy evenings watching the sun go down with a glass of the Domaine's wine! The cottage has unbroken views across the owners vines and surrounding countryside. The 11m x 5m swimming pool with a salt-water system (securely fenced to meet French government regulations) is located across the orchard to the right of the house. Your hosts keep a special fridge full of cold wine for guests in their tasting room and run a tab which is settled at the end of your stay. There are 2 free wifi zones on the vineyard.

Ground floor accommodation: Entrance door from the private, securely fenced garden leads to the kitchen with tiled floor and original fireplace fitted with wood-burning stove. The open-plan kitchen/dining room is equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oak dining table with 6 chairs.

A door leads from the kitchen to a small hallway and staircase. Off the hall is the sitting room with a polished wood floor. The room is furnished with TV/DVD, CD player, sofa and chairs. UK satellite TV has recently been installed.

The sparkling, white downstairs bathroom has a tiled floor, shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. A washing machine is located in a cupboard underneath the staircase.

First floor accommodation: Large, bright landing leading to 2 double bedrooms, one twin-bedded room and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have polished wood floors, traditional furniture sourced from local brocantes and beautiful cast-iron beds with firm, quality mattresses.

Outside: The garden has a table and 8 chairs together with a large covered terrace with built in BBQ chimney. The terrace is equipped with lights, electric points and sink with hot and cold water. To the left of the cottage is the fruit orchard complete with childrens' play area with swings and a trampoline. To the right of your holiday hom are the vines and beyond are the Domaine's 5 hectares of woodland.

You will have access to an extensive book and DVD library and, for those guests who find it impossible to leave work behind, office facilities can be made available. The house is fully heated and available for autumn or winter holidays and longer lets.
