This British-owned self-catering gite accommodation is situated in a peaceful but well placed location in the quiet backwater of the village of Mézières-sur-Issoire, 43km west of Limoges airport, 76km from Poitiers and within easy reach of both Confolens and Angoulême. "La Petite Maison" stands in the peaceful surroundings of a magnificent 19 century village house and opens out onto the gardens and the enclosed pool. Recently refurbished, the gite offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people, with amenities close by and well-located for family activities including kayak, fishing, walking and sightseeing.
Smoking is not permitted in the gite. Free WiFi internet access is available.

There are 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds with option of further bed or baby cot) both with en suite shower rooms and double glazing. There is a small patio area outside which is perfect for evening barbeques. Guests have full use of the swimming pool which is enclosed in its own peaceful garden. Bikes are available for all the family with plenty of maps and information about the surrounding area. Towels (but not towels for the pool), duvets and linen supplied

Hire charges are inclusive of water and electricity and wood for the woodburner. A returnable "caution" cheque of £100 or €130 is to be paid over on arrival This is returned to the tenant on departure, subject to any deductions for damage or breakages.
