This British-owned bed and breakfast accommodation offers peaceful, family accommodation just outside the village of Sainte Anne Saint Priest in the Limousin department of central France, approximately 8kms from the towns of Eymoutiers and Chateauneuf la Fôret,23 kms from Lac de Vassivière, and just over half an hour's drive from the A20 autoroute and Limoges to the west. Ryan Air and Flybe both offer cheap flights from the UK into Limoges airport.

The guest house stands in almost two acres of garden, in a very peaceful rural location, overlooking a small trout stream and woods. A barn owl lives in the barn, and other wildlife abounds. At the bottom of the garden is a small but deep pond, so if you have small children, please be aware of this. You can sit and relax on the paved terrace outside, or enjoy a lunch time picnic here. When you walk around our pond you'll notice the solar panels on the barn roof, which provide nearly all the hot water used by our guests. Indeed your hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure that you have an eco-friendly stay as possible. The WCs are fitted with dual flush systems which are economic in their use of water. All rooms are well insulated, low energy light bulbs are fitted in all bedrooms and bathrooms, Everything that can be recycled is recycled and guests are encouraged to do the same. Your hosts grow as much of their own fruit and vegetables as they can, the garden is watered using collected rainwater, they buy locally where possible and they also keep chickens., so nothing goes to waste!

There is a small kitchenette with facilities for all guests to make a drink (tea and coffee provided) or a snack and a fridge to keep their picnic provisions cool. Tourist information and maps are available for guests to use. In the main house there is also a comfortable sitting room available for guests, with a log burner and satellite TV. Take your after dinner coffee here, or simply chill out and relax. There is ample off-road parking for cars and bikers are welcome. The accommodation has free WiFi internet access.
