This is a beautifully restored English-owned, classic style French country house offering bed and breakfast accommodation just 10 minutes from the A20 autoroute and 20 minutes North of Limoges airport, just a 2 minute drive from the small village of Compreignac, which has a tabac, butchers, bakers and a small supermarket. This charming accommodation is set amidst wonderful scenery in the Limousin Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty with many lakes and rivers. The house is 20 minutes from the ancient city of Limoges, famous for its porcelain. Within 10 minutes is Lac de St Pardoux with its sandy beaches where you can swim, sail and canoe. Cycling and walking are also popular in the area and there are golf courses nearby.
The accommodation has private offroad parking and an airport pickup service is available. Accompanying pets are not accepted at this address. There are two restaurants within 1km of the accommodation and more within an easy drive. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the guest lounge. Soap, shampoo, towels and hairdriers are provided in the guest rooms.
