This self-catering gite apartment is located just 10 miles from Béziers in the South of France with easy access to Narbonne, Montpellier, Carcassonne, and Perpignan along the A9. Some of the most excellent beaches France has to offer are within a 20 mile drive. The beautiful Canal du Midi is less than 15 miles away and the breathtaking River Orb is only 5 miles from the accommodation where you can enjoy numerous activities including canoeing, swimming, walking and fishing. Guests can also enjoy some of the most picturesque cycling, on road, canal tow path, mountain track or along the route of the Tour de France. The mountains of the Haut-Languedoc Parc Naturel are just 15 miles away, with fantastic scenery, rock climbing, hiking, gorges, lakes, woodland and pretty, unspoiled villages

The gîte apartment is on the top floor of the house, and has a roof terrace for relaxing and eating, with views across the local vineyards and to the Black Mountains in the distance. The beautiful apartment with its exposed beams, is large with a double bedroom, leading onto the roof terrace, lounge with double sofa bed, leading onto the kitchen (equipped with a mini oven, hob (2 rings), microwave and fridge with freezer compartment) and dining area and bathroom. Towels are included in the rental and beds will be made up on arrival. Although there is no washing machine in the apartment, guests could use the washing machine in the owner's garage if needed.
