This beautiful old building offers bed and breakfast accommodation in Beziers (Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport is just 15 minutes away) with great views over Pont Vieux and the River L'Orb. Carcassonne, Montpellier, Nimes and Perpignan airports are all about an hour away. The house is just a ten-minute walk to the centre of town where there is an array of shops and cafes. The building is unique in its character and has been beautifully renovated by its current owners, English couple Mark and Ben. The décor is simple with ornate original tile flooring, exposed stonework and beams, lime washed walls and simple white wash paint, French style beds and original shutters with cotton flow drapes to hide the midday sun.

The accommodation has a garden/terrace area which looks directly onto the river and where breakfast is taken in warmer months. Here, you can relax and read one of the many books that are available here or just chill with a glass of Languedoc wine and watch the world go by.

A continental style breakfast is offered, with home made pastries, locally produced and homemade preserves with some fruit grown in the garden, breads, muesli and poached fruits. The bedrooms have good comfortable beds and the bathrooms are new and clean with power showers. Toiletries are provided and feature shower gel/shampoo, large soap and hand wash. The bedrooms have all been individually designed with good decor and include the latest internet/network connection/WI-FI, plasma TV and complimentary tea & coffee-making facilities (real ground coffee, instant coffee, breakfast tea, herbal infusions and a flask of real milk which is changed daily). Each bedroom is also equipped with fixed English and Continental plugs.

Airport pickup can be arranged. Well-behaved dogs are welcome - the hosts have a very sociable boxer themselves.
