This lovely British-owned bed and breakfast accommodation is ideally situated in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, just 15 minutes south of Reims and a 25 minute drive from Epernay. It is just a 2 hour drive from Paris or Lille, 3 hours drive from Calais, Brussels and Strasbourg. Charles de Gaulle airport is also only about 1 hour's drive away. Thanks to the new high speed train (TGV) did you know that you can get from Reims to the centre of Paris in just 45 minutes!
Your hosts have lovingly restored their 19th century village vigneron's property over the course of the past 16 years to create a stylish, warm and welcoming home. With wooden floors, exposed beams, lots of natural light and a calm and peaceful atmosphere, this is a great base for your visit to the Champagne region. Your hosts speak fluent French and can arrange private champagne tours and tastings for their guests.
Breakfast is served either in the light and spacious dining room or, weather permitting, on the outdoor terrasse which looks onto the garden. Guests also have use of a large, comfortable lounge where you can curl up on one of the squishy sofas, choose a good book to read from the library or challenge yourself with one of the many games available. Wifi internet access is available throughout the house.
The owners have a friendly King Charles spaniel dog
