This fine 18th century manor house is situated in the lovely old village of Pressigny, 30kms SE of Langres (exit 7 of the A31 autoroute) and is an ideal bed and breakfast stopover destination if you are en route to northern Switzerland or southern Germany for a ski holiday. The village is surrounded by forests and has a medieval castle and old church dating back to the 13th century. There are lots of lovely places to walk or cycle through the forests or on quiet country lanes and bikes are available at the accommodation.
The manor house has been beautifully renovated to retain original features but includes modern comforts to make your stay an enjoyable one. Relax in front of the fireplace in the living room where you will find books, documentation concerning the touristic activities of the region, and also some parlour games. WiFi internet acces is also available throughout the house and there is a TV with 18 French channels and 6 English channels (Channel 4, Film 4, BBC 1, 2 etc), in the living room and in the bedrooms.
For parents of young children, a high chair and baby bath are available along with a microwave for heating bottles and baby food.

We have just returned from holiday and wanted to give you some feedback regarding our stay at the b&b in Presigny in the Champagne region. The location was delightful and tranquil and the hospitality was superb. We stayed in the suite at this bed and breakfast accommodation in the Champagne region as a stopover on our way to the Jura region. The hospitality of our hosts was wonderful. After showing us to our room, she also showed us through to the lovely gardens where we enjoyed a lovely bottle of chardonnay on the lawn. The three course evening meal was absolutely delicious and included free red wine, water and coffee. We stayed in the suite which accommodated 4 adults, 1 child and 2 babies in the two double adjoining rooms with ease! This was a lovely start to a camping holiday and after only staying in campanile hotels before, was an absolute treat! I thought you would like some feedback about our stay booked through Stopover Connections. We had a lovely time at the b&b accommodation in the Champagne region. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the food was great. As well as breakfast we also had evening meals and they were delicious and very reasonably priced, it was nice to share the table with the other guests and get to know them. We stayed overnight at this bed and breakfast accommodation and had a very enjoyable stay. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were lovely, beautifully decorated and furnished, bathrooms spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful evening meal, shared with the other guests, a very sociable evening. >I just thought i would drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our overnight stay at the bed and breakfast accommodation in Pressigny, France recently. Madame made us very welcome and although our grasp of the French language was not as good as the English of the other guests we enjoyed dinner very much and were included in the conversation at the dinner table whenever possible. We had two evening meals which were amazing and very good value for money. They helped us with jump leads when our car had a flat battery, provided a changing mat and baby bath without us asking .
