This fantastic bed and breakfast accommodation is set in a renovated water mill with a working wheel, located just 7kms from the A11 autoroute, between Chartres (22kms to the west) and Rambouillet in the Paris Ile de France region of France. The mill dates back to the 17th and 18th centuries and is surrounded by gardens where you will find tables, comfortable lawn chairs, a hammock and a ping pong table. Enjoy the company of ducks, swans and geese or listen to the sound of river or take a walk along the private 400 metre path along the river Voise.

There is a table-tennis table available on the terrasse outside and on the ground floor, in the Miller's guests' lounge, you will find a TV, board games and children's games as well as various tourism documentation on both the area and on the flour trade.

There are various well-marked and signposted walking trails of 1-25kms in length direct from the mill along the river banks and around the surrounding area

Breakfast is taken on the original table in the Miller's lounge by the fireplace, unless you would prefer a "tête-à-tête" on the Mill's ground floor by the millstones. Breakfasts are generous and can include according to the season: fruits, home made jams, breads, Viennese pastries, yoghourt, cereals, and eventually eggs from the Mill's own henhouse.

The guest rooms are converted from the former miller's (and descendants) house and all have private access. Blankets, pillows, bathrobes and an area to make your own coffee or tea are included in each room.
