This is english-speaking (Anglo/French-owned - new owners as from March 2008!) bed and breakfast guest house accommodation located just off the N137 10 miles South of St Malo in Brittany, 7 miles North of Dinan. From the UK, sail from Portsmouth into St Malo with Brittany Ferries, this fine Breton stone house is located in beautiful countryside and is both an ideal stopover point en route out of St Malo but also an ideal base from which to visit Dol de Bretagne, Combourg, Dinard, St Malo,Cancale and the Jewel in Brittany's crown, DINAN a well preserved medieval town.
The establishment has large lawns and plenty of space for parking. The accommodation has six bright, airy and very comfortable guest rooms, totally refurbished and redecorated in early 2008, all with private bathroom facilities and all with well sprung beds to ensure you have a good nights sleep. |

Thanks for the smooth booking of our accommodation near St Malo for our holiday in Brittany last week. Just some quick feedback on our bed and breakfast accommodation near Dinan. The hospitality was excellent and I would recommend it as a great place to go to explore the Dinan area. The English couple were friendly and helpful and it was a suitable place for young children. In particular, because we could happily be downstairs eating our evening meal with the children safely upstairs, but near enough to hear them, or for them to come down if necessary. - the Howes, UK

Thanks for your help in booking our accommodation at Estival near Dinan. Superb! Beautiful farm house. Children really enjoyed it. They were made to feel very welcome. Plenty of space to play and run around while my wife and I sat and had a drink with other guests. Home cooked meals were delicious, and the family room was much more than we expected.
