Luxury chateau accommodation located in the heart of Medoc, between the vineyards of Moulis & Margaux and 18 miles (30 minutes by car) North of Bordeaux. This elegant 18th century chateau has been planted with vines for more than 3 centuries and during the past few years it has been restored to capture its original character and magnificence. Here, you can enjoy the pleasures of wine tasting and French gastronomy in an elegant countryside setting.
The guest rooms combine modern facilities with traditional décor. Each of the rooms has its own character and they are all decorated in warm colours with a mix of antiques & traditional countryside furnishing. They all have ensuite bathroom with bath or shower. Amenities include telephone, toiletries, hair dryer and mineral water.
A full continental breakfast is included. Coffee, tea, fruit juice, yogurt and croissant are served in the chateau's main dining room. On site there is an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a sauna. It is also possible to hire mountain bikes and take a tour of the extensive grounds. Your hosts will help you to arrange vineyard visits and wine tastings at various domaines in the vicinity.
