In addition, the medieval Keep can be rented in its entirety. Guests renting the Keep as a self-contained unit have complete use of the fully-equipped kitchen, the grand dining room and the salon. Since the Middle Ages the castle has had an elaborate ornamental potager (vegetable garden). The listed gardens, supported by the European Commission, have undergone a complete restoration program for the pleasure of all. The chateau, park and gardens have been faithfully recreated as they were in the middle of the eighteenth century, based on detailed plans dating from that period.
